International Sales & Quotation Requests
We currently serve customers across the UAE. International customers (outside the UAE) can submit a Quotation Request by selecting the option at the bottom of the product page.
Delivery Schedule

In‑Stock Items: We aim to dispatch all in‑stock orders within 1–2 working days.

Out‑of‑Stock or Special Order Items: These are typically shipped within 10 working days.

Should there be any supply issues or delays, customers will be offered the option to switch to an alternative product or cancel their order.

For cancellations, a full refund will be issued within 10 working days of the cancellation request.
