Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of despatch to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@safetyplus.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: GHC (UK) LTD T/A Safety Plus, Unit 82B Rolfe Street, Smethwick, Birmingham, B66 2AX.

The carriage costs incurred when originally sending the goods to you are, however, not refundable. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods at their cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note an administration fee of up to 50% will be charged and deducted from the total refund if goods are returned and a refund requested rather than an exchange. This is due to 3rd party brands and restocking fees from the suppliers of the branded goods. Please also note that we do not accept returns on gloves or respiratory items due to health and safety. 

Goods that have been personalised are excluded from this returns policy, please contact us for any return question at sales@safetyplus.co.uk.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note we don't accept the returns of gloves, face shield, visors, masks and first aid supplies under the Health and Safety regulations.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
